Onboarding Training For Amazing Associates

This was a project for Kreate Photography using Rise Articulate software, exported and hosted with AWS Servers. This project was created to onboard new associates, in this case, photographers, to the Kreate Photography brand. This project is focused on mission and vision alignment, client engagement, workflow compliance, and social-emotional training embedded throughout the onboarding learning modules. Adult learning theory and accessibility are embedded in the content. The problem was that it was taking too much overhead to train new members of the associate photography team in person with today’s busy schedules. The solution was to create an E-learning onboarding training to help mitigate the cost and time of brining on new photographers that could be completed anytime before a scheduled event.

Instructional Script Editing & Voice Overs

This project was completed for the Awesome Corporation for an demand webinar training for their SmugMug/Flikr platform. This project included script editing, voice over narrating, and audio editing for the 45 minute introductory webinar. This was created using Camtasia, Google Documents, data from Intercom, and is currently hosted on Youtube. Watch the teaser below!

  • Course Audits for Disruptors and Coaches

    This was a project for Mallory Erickson, certified coach, leader, and disruptor for Non Profit Fundraising. The PPF is a four phase workshop series including 28 videos and over 8 hours of content-including a 139 page workbook. Instruction was designed with UDB within the ADDIE model through the project plan and storyboarding. This was created using Power Point, Google Slides, Canva, Loom, and Kartra LMS Hosting.

  • Online Workshop Design for Brand Awareness

    Bootcamp and masterclass webinar creation for online brand awareness. These projects were completed for Kreate Collective, the educational brand under Kreate Photography. The Bootcamp is over 4 hours of learner content and the masterclass is 1 hour of learner content. Both the bootcamp and the masterclass include slide decks and learner workbooks. Instructional plan was designed with UDB & the SAM model for storyboarding. This was created using Canva, Loom and Podia LMS Hosting.

  • Knowledge Base, UX Experience & Product Consulting

    This was a project for Harbour Share Enterprises. Harbour Share is a mobile contract solution company for enterprise and small business owners. This project included creating a Knowledge Base style guide for their Help section of their product. This project also included data integration from Pendo and included the creation of Pendo Walkthrough guides to help with product releases and product adoption.

  • SOP Editing & Onboard Training Integration

    This project was done for 2000 Paces, a photo and digital asset management company. This involved targeting key onboarding topics, redesigning the SOP to match those topics, and hosting the information through 2000 Paces’ google classroom. The conversion and redesign of the 300+ page SOP was adapted into slides and KB pages to meet the needs of their new hires and development of current employees.

  • Technical Video Scripting & Voice Over

    This project was created for SmugMug/Flikr. This included technical script editing and technical voice over for a 60 minute on demand webinar. This included platform instructions, tricks, and tips with attention to different levels of account users. This involved Camtasia, platform data from Intercom, and collaboration through Google Documents.

  • Employee Training Solutions

    This was a project for Casting Creative, a Bay Area Casting Company that focuses on BIPOC & EDI representation for local theatrical productions. This project involved the creating of a Google Classroom LMS and included the conversion of their SOP into virtual training materials for on demand training. This project also involved the creation and design of HR materials including branded Offer Letters, Job Descriptions, and in house instructional guides.

  • Commercial Video

    This commercial was created in partnership with Global Student Embassy and Larkin Donley, Award Winning Cinematographer. This project focuses on visually promoting GSE’s mission and vision statements while also selling their travel exchange program. I created the storyline for the video, orchestrated and scripted the interviews, and helped scout shooting locations throughout Nicaragua.

  • Webinar Creation & Scripting

    This series of webinars was created for AWE, which is Learning and ERG solutions for companies that want to create greater equity in the workplace. These series of webinars for women leaders in C Suite and Executive positions. Topics included topics Force of Presence, Asking the Right Questions in Negotiations, Virtual Networking, Interactive Presentations, Managing up etc.. This included content creation, storyboarding, scripting, and drafting of slide designs. Webinars were live and on demand, 60 minutes in length.

  • Brand Architect

    Brand consulting for entrepreneur Kenneth Michael Studios, exceptional wood craftsman and customized wood shop. This project is based on identifying ideal client avatar, building a Wix website using SEO driven fields, writing website and marketing copy, as well as full aesthetic design. This includes creating social media channels (Wix, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Linktree etc), populating channels with content, and integrating those channels with one another.

  • Award Winning Designs

    This was curriculum created as a sustainability project for Global Student Embassy, a non profit that focused on student exchange and environmental sustainability projects between three global locations- US, Ecuador, and Nicaragua. This curriculum reader focused on ecological education and regeneration and won an award from California’s State Legislature in 2016.

  • Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

    The Humanae Project was designed in partnership with the County Office of Education in Santa Cruz, California and their regional occupational program. This project was partnered with the Santa Cruz Community Foundation. Both of these interdisciplinary projects were focused on the artistic expression of race, diversity, and dialogue centered around the AVID educational program (Achievement Via Individual Determination). These projects were a collaboration of different student led art and technology teams.

  • Facilitator Instruction

    This was a training project completed for Global Student Embassy, a non profit that focused on student exchange and environmental sustainability projects between four global locations of the USA, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Panama. These training materials were created for participating travel instructors and was facilitated in person with an option for autonomous instruction. These materials are for a training manual and achieves the project objectives of helping traveling instructors support students participating in the exchange program for any of the global locations.

  • E-Learning for K-12

    This was a project was created with Pear Deck Application and was in partnership with the County of Education in Santa Cruz, California. This curriculum aligned with the International Baccalaureate Program (IB), History of the Americas Higher Level. This was for hybrid instruction lesson, with students in the classroom as well as in remote learning. This lesson could be completed synchronously or independently. This lesson aligns with the California Social studies State Standards & IB Curricular Standards. Student interactive responses are included in the slide deck presentation.
